喷注噪声是工业中的主要噪声源之一.热电站或化工厂排放废蒸汽,或废气,或管道漏气都是喷注噪声源.这种噪声往往是工厂中的最强噪声.例如,热电站的蒸汽排放,在6米以外噪声级也常高达140dBA以上.此外,在工业中也常用喷注做工,如零件搬运,清洗金属表面,喷漆等;1米远处,噪声也可高达90分贝(A)以上.喷注噪声既是工厂中的最强的噪声,又是工厂中的常见噪声.在废蒸汽及废气的排放情况,除要求满足额定排放率外,没有别的要求.但在利用压缩气体做功时,需要其推力.所以,这两种情况的噪声降低需要分别对待.本文主要讨论:喷注噪声,小孔喷注噪声,小孔消声器,多孔扩散消声器及附壁环形喷嘴.
Spraying noise is one of the major noise sources in the industry.Exhausting steam, or exhaust gas, or pipeline leaks from thermal power plants or chemical plants are all sources of injection noise, which is often the strongest noise in the plant.For example, In addition, it is often used in industries such as parts handling, metal surface cleaning, painting, etc. At 1 meter, the noise can reach as high as 90 dBA Decibels (A), etc. Spraying noise is not only the strongest noise in the factory, but also the common noise in the factory. There is no other requirement on the discharge of waste steam and exhaust gas except to meet the rated discharge rate. Therefore, the noise reduction in these two cases needs to be treated separately.This paper mainly discusses: injection noise, orifice injection noise, orifice muffler, porous diffusion muffler and Coanda annular nozzle.
