运用分光光度法测定生脉饮（党参方）口服液中多糖的含量，此法操作简便、准确、重现性好，平均加样回收率为99．48％，变异系数为1．25％，用于本品的内在质量控制较适宜。
Spectrophotometric method was used to determine the content of polysaccharide in Shengmaiyin (Dangshenfang) oral solution. The method was simple, accurate and reproducible. The average recovery rate was 99.48% and the coefficient of variation was 1.25%. Intrinsic quality control for this product is more appropriate.
