采用水热法直接合成了含过渡金属Ti的杂原TiY分子筛,并通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-vis-DRS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对经过超稳和水热处理前后的TiY分子筛进行了表征。结果表明:少量杂原子Ti进入到分子筛的骨架后,不影响Y分子筛的晶型,水热前后TiY分子筛中的Ti含量基本相同,且水热处理后TiY分子筛中的大部分Ti仍处于分子筛骨架上。说明杂原子Ti在TiY分子筛中具有良好的骨架稳定性。
The heterogeneous TiY molecular sieve containing transition metal Ti was directly synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF), UV-vis-DRS and X-ray diffraction The photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) characterizes the TiY molecular sieve before and after ultrastable and hydrothermal treatment. The results show that a small amount of heteroatom Ti does not affect the crystal structure of Y zeolite after it enters the framework of the zeolite. The Ti contents in TiY zeolites are basically the same before and after hydrothermal treatment, and most of the Ti in the TiY zeolite is still in the molecular sieve framework . It shows that heteroatom Ti has good framework stability in TiY molecular sieve.
