目的评估荆州市所辖8个县(市、区)碘缺乏病防治效果。方法按照国家“实现消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核评估方案”要求,检查8个县市区碘缺乏病防治机构及措施,碘盐检测按照国标GB/T13025.7-1999采用直接滴定法,尿碘检测用酸消化砷铈法,并进行相关统计分析。结果各县市区综合指标评估得分在82.7~97.9分之间;监测居民户食用碘盐共2304份,合格碘盐数2188份,各县(市、区)居民合格碘盐食用率在90.63%~98.26%之间;抽检学生尿样共800份,各县(市、区)儿童尿碘中位数为206.21~396.69μg/L,且尿碘含量<50μg/L的比例在2%以下。结论被考核评估8个县(市、区)均建立了可持续防治碘缺乏病运行机制,各项指标均达到了国家实现消除碘缺乏病目标考核标准,实现了消除碘缺乏病目标。
Objective To evaluate the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in 8 counties (cities and districts) under the jurisdiction of Jingzhou City. Methods According to the national “to achieve the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders county appraisal and evaluation program ” requirements, check the eight counties and cities of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and treatment and measures, iodized salt testing in accordance with national standard GB / T13025.7-1999 using direct titration , Urinary iodine acid digestion arsenic cerium method, and the relevant statistical analysis. Results The comprehensive index of urban counties was evaluated in the range of 82.7-97.9. The monitoring households consumed 2304 iodized salt and 2188 qualified iodized salt. The eating rates of qualified iodized salt of residents in all counties (cities, districts) were 90.63% ~ 98.26%. A total of 800 urine samples were collected. The median urinary iodine was 206.21 ~ 396.69μg / L in all counties (cities and districts), and the urinary iodine content was less than 2%. Conclusion All the eight counties (cities and districts) have established a sustainable operation mechanism for prevention and treatment of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in the eight counties (cities and districts). All the indicators reached the national target of eliminating iodine deficiency deficiency and achieved the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.
