合理的财政支出结构有利于促进职工工资的增长。在分析我国财政支出结构变动趋势的基础上,建立了财政支出结构与职工工资增长模型。利用回归分析方法,具体指出各财政支出项目对职工工资增长的影响程度。最后,通过对模型估计结果进行进一步的数据分析,提出优化财政支出结构以提高职工工资水平的一些建议。
Reasonable financial expenditure structure is conducive to promoting the growth of staff wages. On the basis of analyzing the trend of the change of the fiscal expenditure structure in our country, we set up the model of the financial expenditure structure and the wage increase of employees. Using the regression analysis method, it specifically points out the impact of each fiscal expenditure on the growth of workers’ wages. Finally, through the further data analysis of the model estimation results, some suggestions are put forward to optimize the financial expenditure structure to raise the wage level of employees.
