提出一种新的矿井热害防治措施,并简要分析了其经济性和可行性。先在巷道围岩上覆盖一层隔热材料,再在这层隔热材料上安装换热袋,袋内有蛇形管道,管内以空气作为空气压缩制冷装置的工作介质,管外充适量水以增强降温效果。隔热材料的覆盖一方面增加了围岩导热热阻,减少围岩散热量,另一方面避免了换热袋直接贴在围岩上影响制冷效果。换热袋的设置进一步阻碍围岩散热的同时,降低对流换热系数,减少了对流换热量,冷却井下风流,并将高温围岩的热辐射转变成低温换热袋的热辐射。另外,同其它制冷剂相比,空气不仅质量轻、无毒害,不会产生新的问题,而且完全免费,大大降低了成本。
