目前我国高校艺术体操的教学内容各不相同,不同的教学方法将导致不一样的艺术效果,本文运用文献资料、实验方法、数据统计等研究工具对高校艺术体操的教学进行探讨及分析。通过一系列的研究分析发现,在高校艺术体操教学中,不同的教育方式及训练强度对学生的身体素质及负荷强度的影响是不一样的,同时对学生的身体协调性、柔韧性、灵敏性及健美体态的影响也是极其重要的。本文将对高校艺术体操的实践方法进行探讨,以便为高校开展艺术体操教育提供有参考价值的意见。
At present, the teaching contents of rhythmic gymnastics in colleges and universities in our country are different. Different teaching methods will lead to different artistic effects. This paper discusses and analyzes the teaching of rhythmic gymnastics in colleges and universities by means of literature, experimental methods and data statistics.
