目的 通过对白血病患者呼吸系统感染酵母样真菌的分离鉴定,掌握其菌群的分布特征,为抗真菌药物的临床应用提供实验室依据。方法 采用VITEK-AMS微生物自动系统YBC鉴定卡,对306 例呼吸系统感染的血液病患者呼吸道分泌物中分离的酵母样真菌进行鉴定。结果 306 例患者中90 例分离出酵母样真菌,感染率为29.41% ,共分离出93 株酵母样真菌,其分属于4 属8 种,其中白色念珠菌的分离率最高为55.91% ,热带念珠菌的分离率为11.82% ;克柔氏念珠菌的分离率为17.20% ;酵母菌的分离率为9.68% ,其它少见酵母样真菌共计为5.29% 。结论 此结果表明在恶性血液疾病患者呼吸系统感染中近30% 为真菌感染,尤以白色念珠菌为主,且感染呈多样性。这些特征对临床选择应用抗真菌药物具有指导意义
Objective To isolate and identify the yeast-like fungi in the respiratory system of leukemia patients and master the distribution characteristics of their bacterial flora, and provide laboratory evidence for the clinical application of antifungal drugs. Methods The VITEK-AMS microbial automatic system YBC identification card was used to identify yeast-like fungi isolated from respiratory secretions of 306 patients with respiratory infections. RESULTS: Ninety percent of the 306 patients isolated yeast-like fungus and the infection rate was 29.41%. A total of 93 strains of yeast-like fungi were isolated, belonging to 8 genera of 4 genera. The highest isolation rate of Candida albicans was 55.91%. Tropical rosary The isolation rate of bacteria was 11.82%; the separation rate of Candida krusei was 17.20%; the isolation rate of yeast was 9.68%; and the total number of other rare yeast-like fungi was 5.29%. Conclusion This result indicates that nearly 30% of respiratory infections in patients with hematological malignancies are fungal infections, especially Candida albicans, and the infections are diverse. These characteristics have guiding significance for the clinical application of antifungal drugs
