“十二五”时期,是山西省转型跨越发展的重要战略机遇期,科学地分析和评价高技术企业的创新能力,对巩固提升传统优势产业与培育壮大新兴主导产业有重大作用。本文在构建高技术企业创新能力指标体系的基础上,运用数据包络分析方法对所得数据进行了分析,提出了存在的问题。 During the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” period, it is an important strategic period for Shanxi Province to achieve leapfrog development. Scientifically analyzing and appraising the innovation capability of high-tech enterprises plays an important role in consolidating and upgrading traditional dominant industries and fostering and expanding emerging dominant industries. On the basis of constructing index system of high-tech enterprise’s innovation ability, this paper analyzes the obtained data by using data envelopment analysis and puts forward the existing problems.
