本文对使用普通耳机和高效耳机的246名长途话务员和105名对照者作了听力测定。结果:长话员听敏度下降(18.29%)显著高于对照组(1.9%),P<0.01。此外,戴高效耳机者听敏度下降明显高于戴普通耳机者(P<0.01)。测定结果,普通耳机声级波动为70~98dB(A)。高效耳机声级波动为80~106 dB(A),提示话务员目前使用的耳机是不安全的,尤其是高效耳机,应加以改进。
In this article, 246 long-distance attendants and 105 controls using normal and high-powered headsets were tested for hearing. Results: The hearing loss of long-distance communicators decreased significantly (18.29%) than that of the control group (1.9%) (P <0.01). In addition, hearing loss decreased significantly when wearing high efficiency headphones than those wearing ordinary headphones (P <0.01). Measurement results, the ordinary headphones sound level fluctuations of 70 ~ 98dB (A). Efficient headset sound level fluctuations of 80 ~ 106 dB (A), indicating that the operator is currently using the headset is not safe, especially efficient headphones, should be improved.
