为明确植烟土壤pH与烤烟生长和干物质积累的关系,采用盆栽试验研究了植烟土壤pH对烤烟生长根系形态和活力、地上部分农艺性状及干物质积累的影响。结果表明,从总体上看,不同pH处理对烤烟生长和干物质积累表现的优劣顺序为:pH=6>pH=7>pH=5>pH=4>pH=8。酸性土壤(pH=4)不利于烟株根系前期生长,降低根系活力,影响干物质积累。碱性土壤(pH=8)不利于烟株根系和地上部生长,降低根系活力,影响干物质积累。适合湘西烟区烤烟生长的土壤pH在5~7范围内均可,但以弱酸性为最好。
In order to clarify the relationship between tobacco planting soil pH and flue-cured tobacco growth and dry matter accumulation, pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of tobacco planting soil pH on root morphology and vigor, aboveground agronomic traits and dry matter accumulation in flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that, overall, the order of the different pH treatments on the growth and dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco was: pH = 6> pH = 7> pH = 5> pH = 4> pH = 8. Acid soil (pH = 4) is not conducive to tobacco root growth, reduce root activity, affecting dry matter accumulation. Alkaline soils (pH = 8) were not conducive to the root and shoot growth of tobacco plants, reducing root activity, affecting dry matter accumulation. Soil pH suitable for flue-cured tobacco growing in the west of Hunan Province can be within the range of 5 ~ 7, but weak acidity is the best.
