目的 探讨两种晶体停搏液中 (Bretshneider HTK和Roesolution)加入细胞保护剂三甲氧苄嗪对未成熟兔心肌的作用。方法 以离体灌注幼兔心为研究对象 ,观察两种晶体停搏液在幼兔心 14℃缺血 2h后血流动力学、冠脉流出液心肌酶和心肌生化的变化。结果 与对照组相比 ,三甲氧苄嗪可显著提高晶体停搏液 (HTK和Roe)离体灌注幼兔心功能的恢复 (P <0 0 5 ) ,明显减少心肌酶的漏出和氧自由基的生成 (P <0 0 5 ) ,增加高能磷酸盐的储存 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 三甲氧苄嗪可显著提高对未成熟心肌的保护效果
Objective To investigate the effects of adding trimebutine trimetazidine (BCG) to two kinds of crystalloid cardioplegia (Bretshneider HTK and Roesolution) on immature rabbit myocardium. Methods The in vitro perfusion of rabbit heart was used as the object of study. The changes of hemodynamics, myocardial enzyme and myocardial biochemical changes of cardiac effluent were observed after the two kinds of crystalloid cardioplegia were incubated at 14 ℃ for 2 hours. Results Compared with the control group, trimebutazine improved the recovery of heart function in vitro (P <0 05), and significantly reduced the leakage of myocardial enzymes and oxygen free radicals (P <0.05), increasing the storage of high-energy phosphate (P <0 05). Trimebutazine can significantly improve the protective effect on immature myocardium
