基于Modbus TCP/IP工业以太网通信,利用GE Proficy HMI/SCADA-i FIX平台及GE Versa Max控制器,来开发和设计地铁典型机电设备的小型监控系统。进行了系统架构设计和系统功能设计,并详细阐述了系统监控实现方法。着重介绍了环境与设备监控系统及站台屏蔽门系统等。分别描述了该监控系统的分层分布式集散控制系统框架设计、用户安全策略、Modbus TCP/IP通信协议实施、子系统集成及联动机制。
Based on Modbus TCP / IP Industrial Ethernet communications, the GE Proficy HMI / SCADA-i FIX platform and the GE Versa Max controller are used to develop and design small surveillance systems for typical electromechanical equipment in the metro. Have carried on the system architecture design and the system function design, and elaborated the system monitoring realization method in detail. Focus on the environment and equipment monitoring system and platform screen door system. The paper describes the design of hierarchical distributed distributed control system framework, user security strategy, implementation of Modbus TCP / IP communication protocol, subsystem integration and linkage mechanism of the monitoring system respectively.
