[方法]采用红外光谱法直接测定农药草甘膦含量,样品检测使用ATR法。吸收范围4000~500 cm-1,分辨率为1cm-1,扫描32次。[结果]草甘膦标准品和草甘膦样品的红外光谱对照实验表明:草甘膦在1321 cm-1处的吸收峰不受农药中其他成分的干扰,可以选择此峰为定量分析的波数。草甘膦红外光谱在1295~1348 cm-1处的峰面积与其净含量满足线性关系,相关系数r为0.9997。[结论]利用红外光谱快速检测农药中有效成分草甘膦含量的方法是可行的,可以替代常规的理化分析,能够满足快速分析的需要。
[Method] The pesticide glyphosate content was directly determined by infrared spectroscopy. The ATR method was used for the sample test. Absorption range of 4000 ~ 500 cm-1, a resolution of 1cm-1, scanning 32 times. [Result] Comparison of IR spectra of glyphosate standard and glyphosate showed that the absorption peak of glyphosate at 1321 cm-1 was not disturbed by other components of pesticide. The peak could be selected for quantitative analysis . The peak area of the glyphosate IR spectrum at 1295-1348 cm-1 and the net content of glyphosate satisfy the linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r is 0.9997. [Conclusion] The method of rapid determination of glyphosate in pesticide by infrared spectroscopy was feasible, which could replace the conventional physical and chemical analysis and meet the need of rapid analysis.
