唐三彩是我国陶瓷史上绚丽多彩的瑰宝,对我国工艺美术的发展起着承前启后的巨大作用。它内容的丰富是唐代任何一个工艺美术门类所不可比拟的,造型的多样为社会提供了新颖别致的用具和生活模型、人物、动物、禽鸟形象,再现了大唐盛世复杂的社会情景。它是研究历史不可缺少的资料,也是研究陶瓷工艺极其珍贵的资料。唐三彩的制作工艺涉及面很广,张福康同志和我曾在《论唐三彩的制作工艺》的论文中,从显微结构到外观形象作过探讨。为了进一步加深对唐三彩的研究,本文拟在它的雕塑艺术方面试作一个初步的讨论。
Tang Sancai is a colorful gem in the history of China’s ceramics, playing an important role in the development of China’s arts and crafts. Its rich content is incomparable in any art and craft category in the Tang Dynasty. The diversified shapes provide new and unique tools and life models, figures, animals and bird images for the community, and reproduce the complicated social scene of Datang. It is indispensable to the study of historical data, but also the study of precious ceramic materials. Tang Sancai’s production process involves a wide range, Comrade Zhang Fukang and I have in the “Tang Sancai production process” thesis, from the microstructure to the appearance of the image were discussed. In order to further deepen the research on Tang Sancai, this article attempts to make a preliminary discussion on its sculpture art.
