人员流动性指标是衡量企业人力资源管理工作成效的重要标准之一。针对以往有关人员流动率测算上所存在的问题,本文从人员流动的概念体系及测算方式上作出了合理界定和澄清,并对如何正确理解和运用人员流动率指标进行了分析与讨论。
Personnel mobility indicators is to measure the effectiveness of human resources management business one of the important criteria. In view of the existing problems in calculating the turnover rate of personnel, this paper makes a reasonable definition and clarification of the conceptual system and measurement mode of staff turnover, and analyzes and discusses how to correctly understand and apply the indicators of staff turnover rate.
