急性锁骨下动脉闭塞较罕见 ,现将我们收治的 1例报告如下。1　病　例女 ,6 8岁 ,于 2 0 0 0年 2月 1日入院 ,入院前 4小时在活动中突发眩晕、恶心、呕吐 ,其后出现左侧肢体瘫痪、嗜睡、小便失禁。既往有高血压病史 1年 ,否认有其他病史。查体 :左上肢血压 18/12ｋＰａ ,右上肢 Acute subclavian artery occlusion is relatively rare, now we report the treatment of 1 case as follows.
