高职毕业生就业已经成为目前社会关注的热点问题。高职院校的毕业生就业面临很大的压力,毕业人数众多,专业技能不强,就业观念混乱和就业质量不高以及专业对口率低等问题曾出不穷。针对这些问题学校应当采取优化专业课程设置,加强职业生涯规划教育,推进校企合作等措施,提高学生的综合竞争力,转变就业观念,从而减轻毕业生的就业压力。 Employment of higher vocational graduates has become a hot issue in the society. The employment of graduates in vocational colleges is under great pressure. There are numerous graduates, unskilled professions, confused employment concepts, low quality of employment and low professional counterpart rates. In response to these problems, schools should take such measures as optimizing professional curriculum, strengthening career planning education, and promoting cooperation between schools and enterprises so as to enhance students’ comprehensive competitiveness and change employment concepts so as to relieve the employment pressure on graduates.
