目的探讨儿童全麻低温等离子扁桃体切除术的术前护理及术后并发症的观察护理。方法对我科206例行低温等离子切除扁桃体手术的儿童,实行术前护理,术后并发症的观察及护理。结果本组206例患儿顺利通过手术,术后恢复快,手术效果满意,平均6天出院,术后1~3月复诊,全部治愈。结论全麻低温等离子扁桃体切除术是一种创伤小、出血少、疼痛轻、愈合好的一种手术方法,但仍需要良好的术后护理配合。 Objective To investigate the preoperative care and postoperative complications of children undergoing general anesthesia with low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy. Methods A total of 206 children undergoing resection of tonsil by low temperature plasma in our department were enrolled in this study. Preoperative nursing and postoperative complications were observed and nursing. Results The 206 children in this group were successfully surgically recovered quickly and the operation was satisfactory. The patients were discharged on average 6 days and were followed up from January to March after operation, all were cured. Conclusion Anesthesia low temperature plasma tonsillectomy is a surgical method with less trauma, less bleeding, less pain and better healing, but still needs good postoperative nursing coordination.
