前言黄铜是获得广泛应用较早的一种铜合金。黄铜在一定环境、介质条件下长期使用过程中,会产生脱锌腐蚀,使其性能变坏的事实人们早已发现。关于黄铜脱锌腐蚀机理的研究工作过去发表过不少文章,但至今尚无定论。到目前,提出的机理可归纳为三种[1、2、3],其一为锌元素从黄铜晶格中单独析出的选择溶解论;其二为通过腐蚀产生的铜离子在电化学作用下析出的再析出论;其三为上述两种机理同时存在论。为进一步探讨黄铜脱锌腐蚀的机理,本文以产生严重脱锌腐蚀的火电厂高压加热器用H68黄铜管为研究对象,通过扫描电子显微镜对组织形态的观察和X射线能量分散谱仪及X射线波长分散谱仪的定性、定量分析,
Foreword Brass is a widely used copper alloy. Brass in a certain environment, medium conditions, the long-term use of the process, will produce dezincification corrosion, so that the deterioration of the fact that people have long been found. Research on brass dezincification corrosion mechanism published a lot of articles in the past, but so far no conclusion.
