笔者已逾古稀之年,比较注重养生。平时,爱听老友们谈论保健之道,闲暇里,好看报刊上介绍老年养生方面的文字。不久前的一天早晨,当我接过邮递员送来的报刊时,立即被其中一份刊物上的养生专版吸引住了。在《名人养生》专栏里,简洁地介绍了世纪老人杨绛先生的养生经验,题目是“杨绛,102岁每天还要有进步”。文中在讲述先生关于如何养生时,这样写道,杨绛先生“现在每天锻炼身体,对着镜子做八段锦,还坚持写书法。她每天会用毛笔小楷
