随着我国教育体制的不断深化改革,在高职院校的教育中,毕业生所扮演的角色越来越重要,其重要性不容忽视。因此,我国教育部门和各大高职院校也提出要重视高职院校毕业生的就业指导工作。用“以人为本”的理念指导高职生就业思想政治教育既是时代背景下创新大学生思想政治工作的必然需要,也是促进大学生全面发展的重要条件。本文通过分析高职生思想政治教育中“以人为本”的必要性,提出了以人为本理念指导下教育方法的创新。 With the continuous deepening reform of China’s education system, graduates play an increasingly important role in the education of higher vocational colleges and their importance can not be ignored. Therefore, China’s education sector and major vocational colleges also proposed to pay attention to the employment guidance of higher vocational college graduates. Guiding the Employment of Higher Vocational Students with the Concept of “Humanism” Ideological and political education is both an inevitable need of innovative ideological and political work for college students under the background of the times and an important condition for promoting the all-round development of college students. By analyzing the necessity of “people-oriented” in the ideological and political education for higher vocational students, this paper puts forward the innovation of the educational method guided by the people-oriented concept.
