起源于二战时期的拓展训练和运动以身体活动为主要载体,以团队为组织形式,以游戏为活动形式,日益风靡世界。在高校体育教学中引入拓展运动,对于改善学生心理问题,培养学生团队意识,增强学生体质,提高学生综合素质具有重要的应用价值。
Originated in World War II extended training and sports to physical activity as the main carrier, the team as an organization, the game as an activity form, increasingly popular in the world. The introduction of expanding sports in college physical education has important application value for improving students’ psychological problems, cultivating students’ team awareness, enhancing students’ physique and improving their comprehensive qualities.
