针对由带钢局部高点引起的冷轧钢卷开卷后产生的附加局部浪形问题,建立起描述带钢的失稳波形模型,并基于薄板能量理论和局部高点层间压力模型推导出带钢附加浪形失稳临界值的计算公式,运用数值模拟方法定量分析了局部高点单因素对开卷带钢附加局部浪形的影响,数学模型的可靠性得到了模拟计算和生产试验验证,从而为生产现场治理带钢附加局部浪形缺陷提供了重要的指导依据。研究结果表明,随着带钢局部高点值的增大,带钢失稳临界压应力值就越小,开卷带钢附加局部浪形就越容易发生。
