工人鎮規划,对我們来講,还是一个新任务,缺少經驗;若干部門对这个工作也正在摸索。1956年冬,在某厂的改建設計中我們承担了該厂工人鎮的規划。在現場踏看、訪問有关机構、研究资料、編制完成的一系列过程中,我們对規划有了些初步的認識。用敢不計膚淺,現在談談我們的認識,有不对的希讀者指正。規划地区的現狀 先来簡略地介紹一下地区現狀(見地区現狀簡圖)。地区紧靠海濱,东面有山(圖中未繪)。东部有某某用地及其居民点某村;西南角上即計划改建的厂,本無居民点。有干道自铁路車站通向厂区,现有铁路專用线通入厂中,又有給水干管自北向南接入厂中。地势为东部高,向西南漸漸倾斜,大致为10‰~15‰的坡度。原有排洪溝三条,自东向西穿越铁路專用綫奔向海灘。
