近年来我国食品安全事故频发,折射出我国食品企业尤其是食品加工小企业在监管过程中存在着严重问题,同时这些食品加工小企业在整改方面又存在取缔需慎重、提升压力大的矛盾,因而在对食品加工小企业的监管过程中需注意以下几方面的整合:进一步完善立法,强化企业及监管者的法律责任;严格、理性规范中小食品企业生产经营活动;加大食品安全宣传工作,提升相关人员的法律意识、安全意识和社会责任感;发动社会力量,疏通社会监督渠道;加强对食品流通领域的监管和控制,切断不安全食品的流通渠道。
In recent years, the frequent occurrence of food safety accidents in our country reflects that there are serious problems in the supervision of China’s food enterprises, especially small food processing enterprises. At the same time, these food processing small-sized enterprises have to be cautious in banning the rectification and improve their contradictions under pressure. Therefore, the supervision of food processing small enterprises should pay attention to the following aspects of integration: to further improve the legislation to strengthen the legal responsibility of enterprises and regulators; strict and rational standardize the production of small and medium food business activities; increase food safety advocacy work, Enhance the legal awareness, safety awareness and sense of social responsibility of relevant personnel; mobilize social forces and clear the channels for social supervision; strengthen the supervision and control over food circulation and cut off the channels for the distribution of unsafe food.
