目的研究铁棒锤砂炒炮制品的化学成分。方法运用硅胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化常数进行结构鉴定。结果从铁棒锤砂炒炮制品中分离并鉴定出7个化合物,分别为3-乙酰乌头碱、乌头碱、16-epi-pyrode-oxyaconitine、16-epi-pyroaconitine、polyschistine-D、苯甲酰去氧乌头碱、苯甲酰乌头原碱。结论铁棒锤砂炒炮制品成分的研究可为阐明铁棒锤砂炒法炮制原理提供依据。
Objective To study the chemical composition of hammer iron sanding products. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic data and physico-chemical constants. Results Seven compounds were identified and identified as 7-acetyl aconitine, aconitine, 16-epi-pyrode-oxyaconitine, 16-epi-pyroaconitine, polyschistine-D, Formyl deoxyaconitine, benzoyl aconitine base. Conclusions The research on the composition of hammer-iron sanding products can provide basis for elucidating the principle of iron-hammer sanding method.
