目的:研究苦瓜冻干超微粉(BLSP)对营养型肥胖大鼠胰岛素抵抗的调节作用及其机制。方法:通过饲喂高脂饲料的方法建立营养型肥胖模型大鼠,分别灌胃BLSP[200,400 mg/(kg bw)]、吡格列酮[10 mg/(kg bw)]和水[4 mL/(kg bw)]4周后,测定其糖耐量、血清胰岛素、血脂水平等指标。结果:与肥胖模型组相比,BLSP能显著减缓肥胖大鼠体重的增速,增加其糖耐量,降低血清胰岛素、甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量,减缓肝脏脂变,其效果优于吡格列酮。结论:BLSP具有改善营养型肥胖大鼠的胰岛素抵抗症状和保护肝脏的作用。其作用机制可能与促进外周组织吸收利用葡萄糖,减弱脂肪细胞甘油三酯的水解和增加肝脏LPL和HL活性有关。
AIM: To investigate the regulatory effect and mechanism of bitter melon freeze-dried superfine powder (BLSP) on insulin resistance in obese rats with nutrition. Methods: A model of obese model of nutrition was established by feeding high-fat diet. The rats in BLSP (200,400 mg / (kg bw)], pioglitazone [10 mg / (kg bw)] and water [4 mL / bw)] 4 weeks later, the determination of glucose tolerance, serum insulin, blood lipid levels and other indicators. Results: Compared with the model group, BLSP could significantly reduce body weight gain, increase glucose tolerance, decrease serum insulin, triglyceride and total cholesterol, and alleviate hepatic steatosis, which is superior to pioglitazone. Conclusion: BLSP can improve the symptoms of insulin resistance and protect the liver in nutritionally obese rats. Its mechanism may be related to the promotion of peripheral tissue uptake and utilization of glucose, the reduction of adipocyte triglyceride hydrolysis and increased hepatic LPL and HL activity.
