自古以来,食品安全问题都是人民群众关注的焦点问题之一。近几年来,随着我国物质文化水平的快速提升,人民群众对于食品安全问题的关注度也迅速的提升,对于所食用食物的品质关注度也不断提升。但是,近几年来,我国的食品安全问题频发,例如,三鹿奶粉事件,双汇瘦肉精事件等。为了扭转这一局势,近几年来,我国开展了专项的食品品质检测活动研究,通过采用食品品质检测技术可以有效地保证食品的品质,为保证人民群众的食品安全打下了坚实的基础。针对这样的情况,在本研究中,将对我国食品质量检测精准度的提升路径进行分析研究,以期能够引起广大民众对食品质量安全的重视及反省,并提供一些可供参考借鉴的资料。
Since ancient times, the issue of food safety is one of the most important issues that the masses of the people are concerned about. In recent years, with the rapid improvement of material and cultural level in our country, people’s awareness of food safety has also risen rapidly, and concern about the quality of the foods they eat has also been continuously raised. However, in recent years, food safety problems in our country are frequent, for example, Sanlu milk powder incident and Shuanghui lean meat essence incident. In order to reverse this situation, in recent years, China has conducted a special study on food quality testing activities. By adopting food quality testing technology, the quality of food can be effectively guaranteed, laying a solid foundation for ensuring the food safety of the people. In view of this situation, in this study, we will analyze the promotion path of food quality inspection accuracy in our country, with a view to arouse the general public’s attention and reflection on food quality and safety, and provide some references for reference.
