云南省分布的杜鹃花属常绿杜鹃亚属植物,具有较高的观赏价值。本文研究了4种常绿杜鹃亚属种子萌发特性,通过解剖镜和显微镜观察种子形态大小,用电子天平进行种子千粒重的测定,并统计了在不同光照条件和不同基质下4种杜鹃花的萌发率。结果表明:4种杜鹃花种子细小扁平,为椭圆形或长椭圆形,红褐色,种子表面具有明显纵条纹;千粒重比较:大白花杜鹃>露珠杜鹃>迷人杜鹃>马缨花杜鹃;种子萌发具有需光性,所测试种子在全光照条件和半光照条件下萌发率都很高,全黑暗下萌发率低甚至不萌发。播种基质影响种子萌发率,4种杜鹃花种子在腐叶土上的萌发率均高于混合土(山土+腐叶土)与山土,山土基质上不萌发。
The rhododendron distributed in Yunnan Province is an evergreen Cuckoo subgenus with high ornamental value. In this paper, the seed germination characteristics of four species of the genus Agrocybe aegis were studied. The seed morphology was observed with a dissecting microscope and a microscope, and the seed weight was measured with an electronic balance. The germination of four species of rhododendron under different illumination conditions and different substrates rate. The results showed that the seeds of four species of rhododendron were small and flat, oval or oblong in shape, reddish-brown in color, with obvious longitudinal stripes on the surface of the seeds; Comparison of 1000-grain weight: Rhododendron rhododendron> Dendrobium rhododendron> Need light, the seeds tested in all light conditions and semi-light conditions, the germination rate is high, the darkness of the germination rate is low or not germination. The sowing matrix affected the seed germination rate. The germination rate of the four kinds of azalea seeds on the humus soil was higher than that of the mixed soil (mountain soil + rotifer) and the mountain soil and mountain soil.
