基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA平台构建多道次渐进成形的有限元模型,模拟直壁筒形件渐进成形过程。从节点运动规律及成形前后材料区域的对应关系角度,分析圆角缺陷产生的原因。提出避免圆角缺陷的关键是:圆角区域的成形主要应在自下而上的成形方式中完成,并在采用该成形方式前圆角区域应预留合理的变形量。最终通过优化成形路径,避免了圆角缺陷。
Based on the ANSYS / LS-DYNA platform, a multi-pass progressive forming finite element model was constructed to simulate the progressive forming process of the straight-walled cylinder. The reasons for the fillet defects are analyzed from the perspective of the movement of joints and the correspondence between the material areas before and after forming. The key to avoid the fillet defects is that the forming of the fillet area should be mainly done in the bottom-up forming method, and a reasonable amount of deformation should be reserved in the fillet area before using the forming method. Finally by optimizing the forming path, to avoid the fillet defects.
