采用热膨胀法并结合金相—硬度法测定了高强钢筋HRB600的动态连续冷却转变曲线(动态CCT曲线),并对不同冷速条件下试样的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,当冷却速度为0.5~3℃/s时,显微组织由铁素体和珠光体组成;当冷却速度在3℃/s以上时发生贝氏体相变;当冷却速度达到10℃/s时,马氏体相变发生。获得理想组织与性能的控冷速度范围为0.5~3℃/s,这为600 MPa级高强钢筋控冷工艺的制定提供了参考。
The dynamic continuous cooling transformation curve (dynamic CCT curve) of high-strength steel HRB600 was measured by thermal expansion method combined with metallographic-hardness method. The microstructure and properties of HRB600 under different cooling rates were studied. The results show that when the cooling rate is 0.5 ~ 3 ℃ / s, the microstructure consists of ferrite and pearlite. When the cooling rate is above 3 ℃ / s, bainite transformation occurs. When the cooling rate reaches 10 ℃ / s, martensitic transformation occurs. The controlled cooling rate range of 0.5 ~ 3 ℃ / s for obtaining the ideal microstructure and properties provides a reference for the control of 600 MPa high strength steel controlled cooling process.
