本文论述了兼容高质量电视系统以及对我国发展新一代电视的重要意义。给出了一种二维FIR数字滤波器的优化设计方法。该法简便、可靠、省时。通过模拟实验,证明了所设计的滤波器对兼容改善图象质量的有效性。
This article discusses the importance of compatibility with high quality television systems and the development of a new generation of television in our country. A method of optimal design of two-dimensional FIR digital filter is given. The method is simple, reliable, time-saving. Through the simulation experiment, it proves that the designed filter is effective to improve the image quality.
