通过调节水稻卷叶剂量效应基因rl(t)的表达量,获得叶片向近轴面或远轴面卷曲的8个不同叶片卷曲程度的日本晴背景卷叶近等基因系,研究叶片卷曲对水稻生长的影响。结果表明:叶片向近轴面或远轴面卷曲均能提高叶片直立度,并通过降低叶片披垂角来降低叶片的披垂度;近等基因系的产量与叶片卷曲度之间呈抛物线关系,当叶片卷曲度为5.9%时,产量最高。讨论了采用相同的策略,研究并确定不同类型水稻品种最适卷曲度的可行性。
By adjusting the expression amount of rice leaf-opening dose-effect gene rl (t), the near-isogenic lines of Japanese sunny background with 8 different leaf curls curled up on the paraxial or distal surface of the leaf were obtained.
