在深化医院改革的过程中,建立和健全整套与本院实际情况相符合的管理制度,实行严格的规范化管理,一切按照医院规章制度办事,形成制度面前人人平等,机会均等的管理机制,对提高医院管理水平,减少医院内部矛盾,调动广大干部职工的积极性,促进医院发展起着重要的作用。本文试就此作一些探讨。 一、实行规范化管理.增强干部职工的公平感和责任感 随着经济体制改革的不断发展,社会的民主管理以及医院的院务公开逐步推进,如果医院不能做到以法治院、以制度管人,还是停留在习惯于靠领导说话办事,仅凭传统办法来管理现代化医院,那么显然是很不够的,作为一个领导者,在实际的管理活动中,如果只强调领导对职工表现是否满意,而不去考虑干部职工的合理
