目的:探讨血小板表面血小板源内皮细胞粘附分子(PECAM-1)、P-选择素的不同作用及表达变化在急性脑梗死时的意义。方法:应用流式细胞术测定85例脑缺血急性期患者和32例健康人周围血血小板表面PECAM-1和P-选择素,部分患者2周后复查。结果:脑梗死患者病初PECAM-1增高,与脑梗死体积呈正相关,P-选择素增高程度大于前者,PECAM-1/P-选择素比例明显下降。结论:PECAM-1通过抑制血小板聚集防止脑缺血发生,PECAM-1/P-选择素比例下降可能导致脑缺血发生。
Objective: To investigate the different effects of platelet-derived endothelial cell adhesion molecule (PECAM-1) and P-selectin on platelet surface and its significance in acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of PECAM-1 and P-selectin on 85 cases of acute cerebral ischemia and 32 cases of healthy volunteers. Some patients were reviewed after 2 weeks. Results: PECAM-1 was increased in patients with cerebral infarction and positively correlated with the volume of cerebral infarction. The increase of P-selectin was higher than that of PECAM-1, and the proportion of PECAM-1 / P-selectin was significantly decreased. Conclusion: PECAM-1 can prevent cerebral ischemia by inhibiting platelet aggregation, and the decrease of PECAM-1 / P-selectin ratio may lead to cerebral ischemia.
