胰岛素非依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者常可见胰岛素耐受性。作者对NIDDM时表现胰岛素耐受性的原因之一,即患者血清中是否存在胰岛素作用及胰岛素结合抑制活性进行了研究。研究对象为28例无胰岛素用药史的住院NIDDM患者(DM组)和17名健康成人作对照(C组)。于早晨空腹时采血,测定血糖、HbA_(1c)、血中胰岛素浓度(IRI)、生长激素(GH)、皮质醇、游离脂肪酸(FFA),研究患者血清对以各种浓度胰岛素刺激的大鼠脂肪细胞脂肪形成的作用,并测定~(125)I-胰岛素对脂肪细胞的结合率。结果DM组空腹时血糖值、HbA_(1c)及血清IRI值均显著高于C组,而两组之间
Insulin resistance is often seen in patients with insulin-independent diabetes (NIDDM). One of the reasons why insulin resistance is manifested in NIDDM is the presence or absence of insulin in the patient’s serum and insulin binding inhibitory activity. The study included 28 hospitalized NIDDM patients with no history of insulin medication (DM group) and 17 healthy adults (C group).
