抽油机井采油是河口采油厂的主要开采方式,油井长年在野外恶劣环境下生产运行,抽油机一次控制电源采用石板闸刀或铁壳开关,电控开关老化、漏、长年失修、雨雪天气易进水发生短路,造成变压器烧坏或大线跳停,严重影响油井正常生产,此电器设施存在严重的安全隐患。结合生产实际,为消除油井低压配电控制系统的安全隐患,河口采油厂投入安全技措资金,设计制作了集控制、保护、防盗、生产便利为一体的多功能配电箱,即HK-DY001新型油井专用电源控制箱。在渤南油田420口抽油井上应用取得成功,为抽油井低压配电系统的规范化安装、操作、使用提供了可借鉴的宝贵经验。
