研究6h昼温35℃和8h昼温35℃的亚高温处理对番茄光合作用及干物质积累和分配的影响,测定植株的叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、植株干重,结果表明:8h 35℃亚高温处理9d,番茄植株叶片中叶绿素含量减少,净光合速率下降,干物质总量降低;而6h 35℃亚高温处理9d,番茄植株叶片中叶绿素含量稍有下降,但净光合速率和干物质总量均增加;亚高温处理降低了番茄植株光合产物向根和茎中的分配。
The effects of subatmospheric heat treatment at 35 ℃ for 6 h and 35 ℃ for 8 h on the photosynthesis and dry matter accumulation and distribution of tomato were studied. The chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) Stomatal conductance (Gs), transpiration rate (Tr) and plant dry weight. The results showed that the chlorophyll content, the net photosynthetic rate and the total dry matter content decreased in the leaves of tomato plants after 8 h of 35 ℃ treatment at 35 ℃ for 9 days. ℃ for 9 days, the chlorophyll content in tomato leaves decreased slightly, but the net photosynthetic rate and total dry matter content increased. The hypothermia treatment reduced the distribution of tomato plant photosynthate to roots and stems.
