新疆生产建设兵团农业建设第八师一四二团,一直承担经济建设、保卫边疆、团结民族、稳定局势的重担。在新形势下,本兵团一直响应党和国家的号召,积极进行强化营运资金管理。营运资金又称营运资本,兵团进行营运资金管理即包括对兵团流动资金的管理又包括对兵团流动资金的管理。管理好营运资金不但可以证明兵团有良好的运营状况,还可以证明其未来有很大的发展空间,能更好的为国家和人民服务。流动资金和流动负债是兵团营运资金管理的两大方面。加强流动资金管理是保证兵团正常运行、高效运转和提高竞争力的前提。鉴于此,本文结合新疆生产建设兵团的营运资金管理的实际情况,对其资金管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并给出了了相应的解决办法。

In view of this, this article analyzes the problems existing in the process of capital management in combination with the actual situation of working capital management in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and gives the corresponding solutions.
