金刚石具有极高的硬度、热导率和良好的抗磨损性能,在钢铁基体表面沉积金刚石膜具有广阔的应用前景。本文对不同成分和组织钢铁基体化学气相沉积金刚石膜的影响因素进行了分析,指出了奥氏体→珠光体或奥氏体→马氏体转变引起的相变应力对金刚石膜粘附性能的负面影响;综述了钢铁表面化学气相沉积金刚石膜的国内外研究现状,指出了今后钢铁上沉积金刚石膜的发展方向。
Diamond has high hardness, thermal conductivity and good wear resistance, the deposition of diamond film on the surface of steel substrate has broad application prospects. In this paper, the influencing factors of chemical vapor deposition diamond films with different compositions and microstructures were analyzed. It was pointed out that the phase transformation stress induced by austenite → pearlite or austenite → martensite had negative effects on the adhesion of diamond films The current research status of chemical vapor deposition of diamond film on steel surface is reviewed. The development direction of diamond film deposited on steel is also pointed out.
