套索冠醚固定相的性能和分离机理研究

用3种新合成的套索冠醚作为固定相,制成石英毛细管柱,测其柱效、惰性、热稳定性、平均极性及选择性等性质.实验表明,它们具有良好的色谱性能和分离选择性,适用于对醇、卤代烃、芳香烃等及其异构体的分离. Three newly synthesized lariod crown ethers were used as the stationary phase to prepare quartz capillary column, and the properties of the column were measured, such as column efficiency, inertness, thermal stability, average polarity and selectivity, etc. The experiments show that they have good chromatographic performance and Selectivity, suitable for the separation of alcohols, halogenated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and their isomers.
