利用22个大豆品种(系),在不同浓度的盐胁迫下进行大豆萌发期耐盐性鉴定,并提出了适合大豆萌发期耐盐性的综合鉴定指标。结果表明,在不同浓度的盐胁迫中,110 mmol/L NaC l胁迫下的22个大豆品种相对发芽率的方差和变异范围表现为最大,认为该浓度对于大豆萌发期耐盐性鉴定是比较合适的胁迫条件。同时,以相对发芽率作为因变量,运用通径分析筛选出与相对发芽率关系最密切的相对下胚轴长、相对胚根长、相对胚根鲜重和相对胚根/胚轴比4个指标,进行大豆萌发期耐盐性的综合鉴定。
Twenty-two soybean cultivars (lines) were used to identify the salt tolerance during the germination phase of soybean at different concentrations of salt stress. Comprehensive evaluation indexes suitable for the salt tolerance of soybean during germination were also proposed. The results showed that the variance and variation range of relative germination rate of 22 soybean cultivars under 110mmol / L NaCl stress was the highest at different concentrations of salt stress, which was considered as suitable for identification of salt tolerance in soybean germination stage Stress conditions.
