当今,随着学校体育的蓬勃发展,许多高校都成立了高水平田径队,培养模式也由以往依托专业队,逐步向注重自我培养转变。由于学习任务重、训练时间少,缺乏必要的营养恢复手段这些客观原因,高校中长跑运动员的训练面临着很大的困难。那么如何利用有限的训练时间和训练条件来提高普通高校中长跑运动员的成绩呢?笔者根据多年的实践经验,谈一些粗浅的看法。
Today, with the vigorous development of school physical education, many colleges and universities have set up high-level track and field teams. The training model has also relied on professional teams from the past and gradually shifted itself to focusing on self-cultivation. Due to the heavy learning tasks, less training time and lack of the necessary means of nutritional recovery, the training of college long-distance runners faces great difficulties. So how to use limited training time and training conditions to improve the performance of ordinary middle and long distance runners? The author based on years of practical experience, to talk about some superficial views.
