构建合理的员工薪酬管理体系,能够有效提升员工工作的积极性,对企业绩效的不断提升,具有重要作用。本文在对企业员工薪酬的外部公平性和内部差距进行阐述的基础上,对企业绩效的影响因素进行了深入分析,以期为相关人士提供借鉴和参考。
Constructing a reasonable employee compensation management system can effectively enhance the enthusiasm of employees and play an important role in the continuous improvement of business performance. Based on the expatiation on the external fairness and internal disparity of employee’s salary, this paper analyzes the influential factors of business performance in order to provide reference and references for the related parties.
