目的探讨实时影像融合导航技术在引导经皮肺穿刺活检术中的安全性、可行性及临床应用价值。方法 32例经CT诊断但超声检查不能显示的肺部周围型病变灶,在实时影像融合导航技术引导下行经皮肺穿刺活检。结果 32例病灶中,30例穿刺成功,成功率93.8%,2例穿刺不成功(6.2%),2例术后发生少量咯血,余无明显并发症,并发症发生率6.3%。 Objective To explore the safety, feasibility and clinical value of real-time image fusion navigation in guiding percutaneous lung biopsy. Methods Thirty - two cases of peripheral lung lesions which were diagnosed by CT but could not be detected by ultrasonography were performed. Percutaneous pulmonary biopsy was guided by real - time fusion navigation technology. Results Of the 32 cases, 30 cases were successfully punctured, the success rate was 93.8%, the puncture was unsuccessful in 2 cases (6.2%), the other 2 cases had a small amount of hemoptysis after operation. There was no obvious complication and the complication rate was 6.3%.
