本文动态检测卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清及腹腔液总唾液酸(TSA)和脂质结合唾液酸(LSA)含量,并与正常女性及卵巢良性肿瘤患者比较。结果表明,卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清及腹腔液TSA、LSA含量明显高于良性肿瘤及健康对照(P<0.01,P<0.001),且血清及腹腔液TSA、LSA含量随卵巢恶性肿瘤临床分期的加重而升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),提示动态检测血清和腹腔液TSA、LSA含量可用于卵巢良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别及早期卵巢癌的诊断,并有助于了解患者的术后病情变化,估计预后,观察疗效,指导临床治疗方案。
In this paper, the levels of total sialic acid (TSA) and lipid-bound sialic acid (LSA) in serum and peritoneal fluid of patients with ovarian cancer were detected dynamically and compared with those in normal women and benign ovarian tumors. The results showed that the contents of TSA and LSA in serum and peritoneal fluid of ovarian cancer patients were significantly higher than those in benign tumors and healthy controls (P <0.01, P <0.001). The contents of TSA and LSA in serum and peritoneal fluid were significantly correlated with ovarian malignant tumors (P <0.05, P <0.01), suggesting that dynamic detection of serum and peritoneal fluid TSA, LSA levels can be used for the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors and early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, and Help to understand the patient’s postoperative changes in the condition, estimate the prognosis, observe the curative effect, guide the clinical treatment plan.
