随着人民生活水平的提高和对文化需求的增长,文化志愿者已成为公共文化建设中最活跃的因素之一,并且在公共文化建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文对长春市文化志愿者队伍现状进行了细致深入的调研,通过调研发现,由于相关经验不足,组织体系不成熟等原因,长春市在文化志愿者队伍中明显的存在着组织管理机构建设滞后、志愿者队员素质参差不齐等问题。为了解决以上的问题,促进长春市文化志愿者队伍建设可持续发展,本文在最后给出了对目前文化志愿者队伍建设的一些建议。
