目的:研究地尔硫对环孢素A血浓度的影响。方法:20只家兔分成两组,一组用地尔硫及环孢素A,另一组只用环孢素A,观察环孢素A血浓度变化情况。观察5例肾移植受者用地尔硫后环孢素A血浓度变化情况。结果:使用地尔硫的家兔环孢素A血浓度升高44%(P<0.01)。肾移植受者使用地尔硫后环孢素A用量减少23%(P<0.01)。无其他并发症。结论:地尔硫可有效、安全地升高环孢素A血浓度。
Objective: To study the effect of diltiazem on the blood concentration of cyclosporine A Methods: Twenty rabbits were divided into two groups. One group was treated with diltiazem and cyclosporine A, and the other group was treated with cyclosporine A only. The change of cyclosporine A blood concentration was observed. Five patients with renal transplant recipients were treated with diltiazem cyclosporine blood concentration changes. Results: In rabbits treated with diltiazem, the blood concentration of cyclosporin A increased by 44% (P <0.01). The use of diltiazem in renal transplant recipients decreased the amount of cyclosporin A by 23% (P <0.01). No other complications. Conclusion: diltiazem can effectively and safely increase the blood concentration of cyclosporine.
