目的:优选复方四黄栓的提取工艺。方法:为提高有效成分的提取率,工艺分为醇提组Ⅰ与醇提组Ⅱ,同时采用单因素结合正交设计法,优选出70%乙醇为提取溶媒,醇提组Ⅰ以盐酸小檗碱含量为指标,醇提组Ⅱ以黄芩苷的含量为指标,优选提取工艺。结果:醇提组Ⅰ中最佳工艺为70%乙醇共提取3次,每次1.0 h,溶媒倍量为8,6,6倍。醇提组Ⅱ中最佳工艺为8倍量70%乙醇,提取温度为80℃,提取3次,每次1.0 h。结论:此提取工艺合理可行,有效成分提取率高,为生产复方四黄栓提供参考。
Objective: To optimize extraction process of compound four yellow suppository. Methods: In order to improve the extraction rate of active ingredients, the process was divided into alcohol extraction group Ⅰ and alcohol extraction group Ⅱ. At the same time, single factor combination orthogonal design method was adopted, and 70% ethanol was the optimal extraction solvent. Alkali content as an indicator, alcohol extraction group Ⅱ baicalin content as an indicator, the preferred extraction process. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of alcohol extraction group Ⅰ were as follows: total 70% ethanol was extracted three times, 1.0 h each time, the times of solvent were 8, 6 and 6 times. The optimum conditions of alcohol extraction group Ⅱ were as follows: 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol, extraction temperature 80 ℃, extraction 3 times, each time 1.0 h. Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable and feasible, the extraction rate of active ingredients is high, which can provide a reference for the production of compound Huanghuang suppository.
